Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new markets, creating strategies for growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain key partnerships to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business strategies with market needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
  • Report to C-level executives on business progress, opportunities, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in blockchain, FinTech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in new business development, especially in stablecoins, cross-border payments, or Web3.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Creative problem-solving with the ability to drive solutions in new markets.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: madarian is a plus
