Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new markets, creating strategies for growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain key partnerships to drive product adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business strategies with market needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals and providing post-sales support.
- Report to C-level executives on business progress, opportunities, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in blockchain, FinTech, or financial services.
- Proven track record in new business development, especially in stablecoins, cross-border payments, or Web3.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solving with the ability to drive solutions in new markets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
